A successful small business owner wanted a rebrand with a new logo to better represent the services he provides for a large clientele of chefs, barbers, hunters and individuals in the construction trade who needed their tools sharpened and polished better than new. The ask was to stay away from anything flashy and evoke a classic, blue-collar design to represent the owners humble roots. The crossing knives was a request with subtle shield elements. The icon visually interprets the brand name using the tack form as a "T" intertwined with an "S" to reinforce sharp detailing.
